The location of the hotel is perfect. If you want to jog in the morning Hyde park is within a short distance. Bus stop is almost at the end of the street so you can reach the city central within 5 minutes. Above all things it is in a quiet part of the city.
The size of the room is considerably spare. You have the feeling if were in a bird cage. The window can can not be opened and closed. There was a two finger size gap between the window and window-frame. The water tap need considerable power to be opened and closed and water flows meager from the tap because it is scaled.
I liked its situation, close to attractions and the tube station, and the colourful decor which was bright and fresh.
The bathroom was not brilliant; the bath was cracked, the tiles were a bit grotty, and there was no shampoo or conditioner provided.
good position to access different tube lines in about half a mile. Non fussy staff who responded immediately to room service and an air conditioning problem. Room size fair but comfortable and well equiped. like all these hotels in London it depends what you had to pay per night as to whether they are good value or not. Price for each hotel varies enormously.
slightly tired room eg cracked wash basin....but still clean
Excellent location and very good breakfast; very good value for money especially for the business-friendly package which included breakfast and WiFi connection.
The bathroom was smaller than I expected (I had better impression in a previous stay at this hotel).
I like the design of the hotel and the neighborhood was wonderful. The Mitre around the corner was great.
The room was too small.
The location was superb. The hotel was good value for money and upkeep of the room was excellent.
The staff could be more accommodating and the outside of the hotel could do with a lick of paint.
Friendly reception staff, 10minute walk from Paddington & close to Hyde Park, let us check in early.
Thin walls,small rooms,no view,curtains had a little dried blood on them,door chair broken,bathroom door hard to shut/open.
The hotel is in a superb location with the quieter village pubs of craven terrace and leinster terrace close by not to mention the magnificent Hyde Park on the doorstep.
Compared to other Park Inn properties this hotel is tired and in need of work, our bathroom was falling apart and the aircon in the room worked intermittently. Sadly London hotels are amongst the worst value for money in the world and this hotel is merely part of that wider problem.
Breakfast price (13,50 GBP) way to much!
the room was very comfortable and really really clean
everything was perfect
Location is great. Attractive, clean room. Good breakfast.
There is no air conditioning and it was very warm in the room. There is no clock in the room.
The location of the hotel to many of the major attractions and the ease of access to bus and tube transportation made it a great place to stay. The staff was also very helpful!!!
The air conditioning was wonderful. London was very hot at the time we were there. The breakfasts also were very good.
With affordable price this hotel is situated in excellent location & as a tourist it could not be better for sightseeing. The hotel cannot be faulted in my opinion or maybe I was just extremely lucky. Even though major building works going around, no noise could be heard & facilities within the room are brilliant. Not tried the restaurant so no comments on that but to finalise this statement, if I ever come to London again I would be definitely staying there again....
Staff extremely accommodating in checking me into my room after a long haul flight. Excellent location
Rooms a bit stuffy but able to open windows to ventilate room.
